Message From the Founder,
Joe Del Monte

For many years my faith and my business were two separate identities that I walked in. In a Christian circle, I was a Christ follower. In the marketplace, I was a business man. Is that you also?

I never knew I had a calling because I assumed I had to lead a church in order to have a calling. Little did I know that God called me to the marketplace, but to be a Christ-follower in the marketplace. No longer could I be a Christian in belief, and separately a businessman in action. I became a Christ follower with a passion for putting Kingdom principles into place in the business world. Could that be your calling too?

Between the study of God's Word, personal experiences, and the amazing mentors who have discipled me along the way, I have learned how to tie my faith to my work and continue to pursue improvement daily. My desire is to bring these Kingdom principles to local business people in a small and private mastermind group setting, while creating an environment where we can all learn from each other, share ideas, and solve problems that improve our businesses.
